Your license
A Gumpload license key lets you use the app on one computer. Keys are personal and can't be shared or resold. If you change computers, contact support and we'll move your key.
Your content and accounts
You're responsible for the clips you post and for having the rights to post them. You agree to follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines on every account you connect.
Third-party services
Gumpload publishes through Upload-Post and TikTok. Their availability, limits and rules are outside our control, and they may change at any time.
Payments and disabled keys
If a subscription isn't paid, or a key is used against these terms, we may disable it. A disabled key locks the app; posts already scheduled with our posting partner may still go out unless they are cancelled.
No warranty
Gumpload is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results, such as reach or views, on any platform.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Gumpload isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts.
